FAQ

Whilst we do not have catering facilities we do have vending machines for snacks. We recommend that learners bring a packed lunch which can be stored in our fridges. Microwaves, cutlery and plates are available along with free tea and coffee.

We follow the college’s standard, however we ask that students have flat shoes with them for practical training sessions.

We look at each case individually taking into account current bookings and availability of our instructors. We can often help colleges with smaller cohorts to team up with other institutions, keeping costs low and enhancing the student’s experience.

Yes, please ask at time of booking and we will send them to you via email.

Yes. We recognise that things happen and sometimes trips get cancelled. We’ll work with you to find an alternative date, however, if the trip is cancelled at the last minute, the following charges apply:

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the start date – No fee payable.
Cancellation within 15-29 days from the start date – 50% of the fee.
Cancellation within 15 days of the start date – 90% of the fee.

We encourage students to take photos and videos or their experience with us. However, we always follow each colleges’ individual policy.

Yes. There’s parking available for both cars and coaches.
