Our Teaching and Learning course is designed for colleagues who are stepping up into a training instructor role. The course gives learners the skills needed to manage classroom behaviours, recognise different learning styles, design and deliver training, and master the art of facilitation. All content is designed to CAA, EASA & ICAO Training Instructor requirements.
Our ethos throughout this course is to create an open and honest learning environment that is motivational and highly supportive to the learners needs. We do this by encouraging mutual support and the sharing of experiences to create a trusting and respectful learning environment.
The CRMT 5-day (30 hour) course combines the objectives from our Teaching and Learning Course along with our standalone 3 day CRMT Course. The course enables cabin crew instructors of all levels to build and refresh their knowledge and techniques to confidently and compliantly deliver Safety training. The course includes ICAOs requirements for facilitation Instruction techniques along with UK CAA PART AMC3 ORO.FC 115 (3)(c), AMC3 ORO.CC.115 (e)(c)(1)(2) & EASA PART ORO.FC.146 (c)(2)(3), EASA PART ORO.CC.115 (c) (1) (2).
