We offer a comprehensive list of services to airlines. From start-ups to flag carriers, from ACMI operators to scheduled airlines, we have experience with a host of unique operators. We have assisted airlines to take to sky, offering consultation services in the start-up phase of their development, writing manuals, recruiting cabin crew, and designing and delivering training. We work with a host of training venues all over the world, as well as our own world class facility in Manchester, to deliver training locally to the operator.
We don’t stop at training crew. We’re passionate about Human Factors and upskilling the whole of the workforce. We’re able to develop and deliver training courses specific to the needs of the individual operator to enhance their workforce into competent and safe professionals. We recognise that the world of aviation is ever changing with each year delivering its own challenges. We’re passionate about onboarding Generation Z and raising the awareness in the workforce of how to train and retain the new generation of digital learners
We are a UK Cabin Crew Training Organisation approved by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to deliver the Cabin Crew Attestation training course. This course is compliant with the guidance material as set out by Aircrew Regulations, Annex V Part-CC, Annex VI Part ARA and Annex VII Part ORA as applicable.
The only independent training organisation able to deliver both the UK and EASA Cabin Crew Attestation. Along with training in our new Dublin home, we’re able to deliver training locally at base to airlines across the world, and in our world class Aviation Training Academy in Manchester, UK, for a one stop training solution.
The Teaching & Learning Train the Trainer (T&L) is a 3-day training course aimed at any learner who is entering a classroom training role. The course is delivered by a SkyPeople approved Level 4 Training Instructor within a classroom environment.
Our 3-day First Aid Teaching and Learning course is aimed at all those who are looking to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver Aviation First Aid Training for Cabin Crew and Flight Crew. The course covers the requirements of CAA/EASA Implementing Rules, and current first aid protocols from the UK and European Resuscitation Councils.
Our Crew resource Management Train the Trainer course (CRMT) is a 3-day training course aimed at experienced instructors who have a keen interest in CRM and would like to specialise within the Human Factors field.
Our team comprises skilled Certificated Instructor Number (CIN) instructors who undergo rigorous vetting, training, and continuous professional development (CPD). Each instructor is linked to our CAA accreditation, ensuring your training meets the stringent requirements set out by the NASP.
As a CCTO, we must ensure every learner is fully competent before issuing a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA). If a learner fails a module, they are allowed one resit. However, after three total test failures, the learner will need to return for a future course to complete the resit. SkyPeople Training will provide guidance, support, and coaching throughout this process to help the learner succeed on their next attempt.
Experienced Cabin Crew can apply to join an accelerated four-day classroom course. Each application is reviewed against the eligibility criteria set by the CAA to ensure the learner meets the required standards
For learners attending the virtual course, the training includes five days of online learning followed by a one-day classroom session. This final day covers all practical elements and concludes with an additional final exam.
